Heather graduated from Appalachian State University in 1989 with a BSBA in Hospitality Management. She worked as a sales manager at the Doubletree Guest Suites in RTP after college until she had her second child. For the next 10 years, Heather held a variety of jobs including childcare provider, seamstress, realtor and small business owner until she found her way to CCM in 2008. Heather has two adult children, Chandler and Jack, and a wonderful husband, Cam. She enjoys playing tennis in her free time.
Casey has been with CCM since 2001. She previously worked at EDS (Electronic Data Systems) for 10 years programming POS (point of sale machines you now use at the grocery store). Casey has an active son, Kaden, and a hunter husband, Kevin. In her spare time, she enjoys being on the ball field as a baseball mom and loves NFL football season.
Craig graduated from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania in 2010 with a BSBA in Marketing. His passions include ice hockey, basketball, playing videogames with his twin and spending time with his two corgis, Lily and Izzy. Craig joined Carolina Case Management in 2023.
Kristen received her BA in Sociology from UNC-Greensboro. After graduating, she worked as an elementary school TA for several years before joining CCM in 2017. In her spare time, Kristen enjoys traveling, reading, cooking, and spending time with family.
Laverne received her AS in Business Administration in 2009. She worked at Genex for 10 years before joining CCM in 2024. She is a proud mother of 4, two boys and two girls. In her free time, she likes spending time with her family and going to the beach during the summer.
Valerie has been with CCM since 2016. Before that, she worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield as a claims processor. In her spare time, Valerie enjoys spending time with her two sons, Donte and Zion, and her two granddaughters. She also enjoys spending time with her family in Myrtle Beach.
Shannon is originally from WV, but has lived in Clayton since 2002. She went to school at Fairmont State and Wake Tech. Before joining CCM in 2023, she worked as a Teacher’s Assistant for 12 years and as a Patient Service Coordinator at Raleigh Ortho for 6 years. She is a proud mom of 3 dogs, Jake, Jamaica, and Teddy. In her free time, she likes watching sports, FRIENDS, or Dateline. She loves reading a good book and hanging out with her family. She joined Carolina Case Management in 2023.
Chris’ previous work experience includes education technology, coffee roasting, and hospitality. He is a Raleigh native. In his spare time, he enjoys playing games and spending time with friends. He joined Carolina Case Management in 2022.
Amanda is originally from the Metro Detroit area of Michigan where she attended Oakland University and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology. In 2004, she moved to Raleigh where she began a career as a property and casualty insurance underwriter. In 2018, she decided it was time for a change and made the move to join CCM. She resides in Zebulon and in her spare time, she enjoys reading, traveling and following Detroit sports teams.
Angela graduated with an Associate Degree in Office Administration from Fanshawe College in Ontario, Canada in 1998. After receiving her degree, she moved to North Carolina to be near family. She worked for Concentra Managed Care for a few years before coming to work at CCM in 2001. Angela lives in Raleigh with her three cats, Jazzy, Orrie, and Willy. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, working out, dining out, and watching true crime television. She is also a huge Caniac and never misses a game!
John received a BS in Geology from North Carolina State University. After working for two years as a field geologist for Terracon Consultants, John decided to switch career paths and joined CCM in 2020. In his spare time, John enjoys music, traveling, biking, hiking, and sports.
Mindy is a graduate of Appalachian State University in Boone, NC. She worked in the purchasing department for Comer, Inc in Charlotte before moving to Wake Forest in 2004 and coming to work for CCM. Mindy is married and has one daughter, Hannah, who lives in Charlotte. In her spare time, Mindy enjoys live music, festivals, gardening, volunteering, and spending time with her family and friends.
